Day 1: Ouarzazate → Draa Valley → Rissani → Merzouga

Your desert adventure begins with a morning pickup from your Ouarzazate hotel. We'll drive east, journeying through the beautiful Draa Valley with its endless palm groves. We pass through Alnif and Tazzarine before reaching Rissani, the ancient cradle of the Alaouite dynasty. In the afternoon, we arrive in Merzouga, where you'll check into a comfortable hotel at the edge of the Erg Chebbi dunes. You can relax by the pool and enjoy the view as the sun sets over the sand.

Day 2: Merzouga Desert Exploration & Camel Trek

Today is all about exploring the Sahara. After breakfast, you have the option to take a 4x4 tour of the dunes, visit the village of Khamlia to listen to traditional Gnawa music, and maybe even share tea with a nomadic family to learn about their way of life. In the late afternoon, your camel caravan will be waiting to take you on a magical trek into the high dunes. Day 3: Merzouga → Alnif → Ouarzazate

We then begin our scenic drive back to Ouarzazate. We will retrace our steps through the dramatic desert landscapes, stopping for lunch along the way.
